Worked as sales and marketing executive in the telecommunications industry for international firms including NEC and Sprint. At one time, managed as many as 100 sales managers, account executives, product managers and service representatives. Constant corporate reshuffling, mergers and acquisitions freed me to pursue my first love: real estate.

Since I became REALTOR, I have consistendly ranked among the top 3 in my company in 2005, 2006 and 2007. And in 2008, I was ranked number 1.

Love working with first time buyers. I feel honored to be part this period of their lives when they are making the biggest and possibly most important investment of their lives. It makes me feel good to contribute and provide resources to aid their education in real estate.

My first time buyers eventually move up...and when they do, I am always here to help.

Several of my clients are also investors in residential income properties ranging from duplexes to apartment complexes. Some of them have to institute a 1031 Exchange, and among those who are uncertain of how this is done, I provide as much information as they need, and in many cases, resources they can use during the exchange.

In my city, there is a growing number of seniors. Their needs vary from downsizing, establishing a trust, etc. I am a Seniors Real Estate Spercialist (SRES) who can assist them in these matters.
